The referenced fix commit 3533f265f4349a3f2a0283158cd01b59a6bbc7bd ("Remove shell use in subprocess", 2021-10-25) shipped on the 2.0 line in ansible-runner 2.0.3 (PyPI, 2021-10-26); the 2.0.3 sdist contains the patched interface.py and the corresponding tests. The current range
< 2.1.0therefore flags 2.0.3 and 2.0.4, which contain the fix. Suggested ranges:< 2.0.3(patched 2.0.3) and>= 2.1.0.0a1, < 2.1.0(patched 2.1.0) for the 2.1 pre-releases that predate the fix.
